– Ensure high-speed internet connectivity and backup power during load shedding
– Maintain a quiet workspace to focus on job responsibilities
– Communicate effectively with British English-speaking customers
– Respond promptly to inquiries and provide timely quotes
– Demonstrate confidence and control during customer interactions
– Complete estimates efficiently and make quick decisions to avoid delays
– Show enthusiasm and dedication in delivering exceptional service
